By using ClawHost, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. They govern your use of our platform, services, and any associated content.
The Service
ClawHost provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI bots on Telegram. We deploy isolated Docker containers for each bot, route AI requests through our secure proxy infrastructure, and provide real-time monitoring tools via your dashboard.
The service includes container orchestration, AI provider integration (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), content moderation, token usage tracking, and automated billing through Stripe.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawHost. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
Authentication is handled via OAuth through GitHub or Google. We do not store passwords. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

All billing is processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no bot has been deployed on the account during that period.
AI Credits
AI credits are purchased separately and used to pay for AI model usage. Credit packages range from 5€ to 100€.

You agree not to use ClawHost for any of the following:
Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
Content Moderation
All AI requests are routed through our content moderation system before reaching the AI provider. This applies to both inbound messages and AI-generated responses.
We reserve the right to suspend bots that repeatedly trigger moderation filters. You are responsible for your bot's behavior and any content it generates. Repeated violations will result in account review and potential termination.
Bot Containers
Isolation → Each bot runs in its own isolated Docker container
Infrastructure → Managed by ClawHost — no server access required
Ownership → You retain ownership of your bot configuration
Maintenance → We may restart containers for updates or maintenance
Intellectual Property
You own your bot configurations, custom prompts, and any original content you provide to the platform.
Ownership of AI-generated content follows the terms of the respective AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). We recommend reviewing their individual terms for specifics.
ClawHost retains all intellectual property rights to the platform itself, including but not limited to the web application, APIs, infrastructure tooling, and documentation.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ClawHost is not liable for:
Maximum liability is limited to the total fees you have paid to ClawHost in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
Immediately → Bot container is stopped
30 days → Data preserved for retrieval
After 30 days → All data permanently deleted
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account.
Continued use of ClawHost after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
